Waiting to hear a request on BFBS Radio from my parents.

The Ski hut 1965/66. Our first entry into the world of X country skiing.
The hut was below a beautiful Fairy tale Type Castle at HohenSchwangau in Bavaria.
The team later went on to compete in Erwald Austria.
We had to practice for the Biathlon carrying pickhelves! We could not use our rifles!
Austria is a Neutral country, and does not allow foriegn troops to carry arms!
Some of the team must still have some photos!
